Refund Policy

1. Overview
Kaldr Business Group LLC (“Clockwork”) operates on a pay-as-you-go model. There are no monthly subscription fees. We charge a transaction processing fee of 3.5% + $0.30 per payment processed through the platform. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
2. Transaction Processing Fees
Transaction processing fees are generally non-refundable once a payment has been successfully processed. However, if a transaction was processed in error or resulted from a technical fault on our end, you may request a review within 30 days of the charge.
If a customer disputes or reverses a payment through their bank or card issuer (chargeback), Clockwork will investigate the dispute using our chargeback evidence system. We do not issue additional refunds for disputed transactions that are already being handled through the chargeback process.
3. White Glove Setup Service ($999)
The White Glove Setup service is a one-time, optional onboarding package. Refund eligibility for this service is as follows:
- Full refund: Requested within 48 hours of purchase and before any setup work has begun.
- Partial refund: If setup work is in progress, a prorated refund may be issued based on work not yet completed. This is evaluated case by case.
- No refund: If setup work has been fully completed and the account is active.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with the following information:
- Your account name and email address
- The date and amount of the charge in question
- A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request

5. Stripe Connect and Connected Accounts
Clockwork uses Stripe Connect to process payments on behalf of contractors. Refunds issued to end customers (homeowners) are processed by the contractor through the platform and are governed by the contractor’s own refund terms. Clockwork is not responsible for end-customer refunds on contractor-initiated transactions.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
